Ordering information
All special order parts are to be paid for in full before ordering will take place.

All parts supplied remain the property of D 9 Autotech Ltd until paid for in full.

All mail order parts are to be sent to the card holders registered address only.

Orders for next day delivery to be received no later than 11.30am

Some orders may be liable to additional packing costs if of a fragile nature.

All glass & unusually fragile items are sent at the purchasers own risk due to the nature of the couriers terms & conditions and will not be covered by any insurance.

An allowance of upto 3 working days is required on Guaranteed postal services.

Multiple parts orders and quantity to be allowed to one freight order is at the discression of the supplier D9 Autotech Ltd.

NO electrical items whether new are used can be returned for refund, only exchange if faulty.

All returns are accepted at the discretion of the directors of the company if supplied correctly and are subject to a handling charge.

All return freight is the responsibilty of the purchaser.

Any returned items due to non availabilty of a signature by couriers are liable for further freight charges.

All returns are to be accompanied by an invoice copy plus all customer address details & credit card details if a surcharge refund, or part refund is required.

All used parts carry a 30 day guarantee, which covers the supply of the part only and not labour time envolved in fitting or removal.

Any part supplied that may turn out to be wrong or faulty can be returned and another part if available supplied in return, D9 Autotech Ltd expect fair chance to supply the correct part in these circumstances and will not accept a return without prior contact and the chance to correct any problems of this nature.

Any wrongly supplied part or faulty part is to be returned to us within 30 days maximum for exchange or refund if accepted.

All surcharge return items or core part remanufactured exchange parts to be returned for refund of surcharge within 2 weeks of the original sale, parts received after this are liable to a further handling charge and possible refusal of return due to the importance of returns in the remanufacture program.

Any accident damaged returned exchange parts will be refused.

Any items received and damaged during delivery is the liability of the courier or service envolved, with all refunds and damage cover repaid at point of repayment or claim payment by the service provider or Courier, D 9 Autotech ltd will not take responsibility for the actions carried out by 3rd party companied who deliver for the customer on behalf of D 9 Autotech Ltd.

Any damaged goods to be reported at the point of delivery.
